To the mother holding this book-
I want you to know something essential.
Nothing about what you feel is a flaw. Not your exhaustion, not your irritation, not your confusion, not your tears. Motherhood rewires your brain, hormones, sleep, identity, and relationships-and none of this comes with a manual.
Yoga, breathwork, and mindful awareness became my lifeline during my own postpartum storm. These practices guided me back to my breath, my body, my emotions, and eventually… to myself. That journey shaped this book.
My intention is simple:
- To offer you tools that are gentle, realistic, evidence-based, and healing.
- To help you exhale.
- To help you feel like yourself again.
- To remind you that your healing is sacred and your identity still belongs to you.
