Ink & Breath was never meant to be perfect.
It was meant to be honest.
These pages were written in moments when breathing felt heavy, when words were the only place I could rest my heart. Every poem here carries a fragment of my becoming—grief I learned to sit with, love I learned to release, strength I never knew I possessed, and softness I chose to protect.
It is about learning that letting go is sometimes an act of love, that silence can be louder than screams, and that breathing itself can be an act of courage.
This is my heart, written in ink.
