By accessing or using our website wordsbyg2.in, purchasing books, or availing our publishing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services offered
Words by G2 offers book publishing, selling, and distribution services to authors and readers across India. We are the only publishing house to offer zero publishing charges and 100% royalty to authors.
3. Orders & payments
All orders placed on wordsbyg2.in are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
4. Cancellation & refund policy
No cancellations and no refunds are accepted under any circumstances once an order is placed.
However, if a book is damaged during shipping, we will send you a replacement copy at no additional charge. To report a damaged item, please contact us at info@wordsbyg2.in within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5. Shipping & delivery
Books are shipped within 1–2 business days of order placement. Delivery may take 2–5 business days depending on the delivery address. Words by G2 are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
6. Publishing services
Authors who wish to publish with Words by G2 may contact us at info@wordsbyg2.in. By submitting your manuscript, you confirm that you hold all necessary rights to the content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property.
7. Intellectual property
All content on wordsbyg2.in, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Words by G2. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited. Authors retain full copyright of their published works.
8. Limitation of liability
Words by G2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services beyond the value of the transaction in question.
9. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
