There are so many things we feel but don’t always know how to say. Sometimes we keep them inside, sometimes we overthink them, and sometimes we simply move on without talking about them.
Writing has always felt like a way of expressing those little thoughts and feelings that stay somewhere inside our minds.
‘Somewhere I Lost My Mind’ came from those thoughts , memories, questions and emotions that I wanted to put into words. This book is not about having all the answers. It is simply about the things we feel, the things we carry and the moments when we don’t really understand what is happening inside us.
